Pride Events Galore at La Nube and Beyond
Kicking off the festivities is a unique Pride celebration hosted by La Nube, happening on June 18 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees can look forward to an evening of music, science, and creativity, aimed at adults aged 18 and older. Alongside a lively drag show, food, and interactive activities, ticket proceeds will benefit the Sun City Pride initiative, enhancing the sense of community and support.
Join the Chihuahuas for Pride Night
The fun continues with a baseball game on June 19, as the El Paso Chihuahuas take on the Reno Aces at Southwest University Park for Pride Night. This special event emphasizes the importance of inclusion and community spirit in the region, making it an excellent opportunity to enjoy America’s favorite pastime while supporting the local LGBTQ+ community.
A Toast to Local Craft Beer
If you're a beer enthusiast, don’t miss out on the Sun City Craft Beer Festival on June 21. From 5 to 10 p.m. at the El Paso Convention Center, attendees can sample over 100 distinctive beers, participate in fun games, and enjoy live music. With general admission providing tasting tickets and an exciting atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to unwind after celebrating Pride.
Jazz it Up at Cool Canyon Nights
Jazz lovers can also embrace the summer vibes at the Cool Canyon Nights concert series. Set to feature local artists like the Mark Fowler Group and Billy Townes, this event on June 19 offers a wonderful way to enjoy live music surrounded by the natural beauty of McKelligon Canyon.
